Qigong is a practice. We do similar postures, again and again, we find stillness again and again. Yet each day your practice can show you new things.
We will meet together twice a week to strengthen your practice and encourage you to practice every day.
Good for all students of Qigong, both beginners, and seasoned experts. Recordings will be available.
