Spring Training

Tuesday and Thursday morning practice, 8:30 am- 9:00 am EST

My teacher Robert Peng says,

“If you REALLY want to understand all the benefits that Qigong has for you, you must practice 2 days a week….and then 5 more days.” LOL

Qigong is a practice. We do similar postures, again and again, we find stillness again and again. Yet each day your practice can show you new things.

We will meet together twice a week to strengthen your practice and encourage you to practice every day.

Good for all students of Qigong, both beginners, and seasoned experts. Recordings will be available.
