Breath. Focus. Move.

Uncertain times

Uncertainty can bring up fear, anxiety, even dissociation for some people.

It not only changes our heart rate, stress hormones, and our breathing it changes our digestion and sleep as well.

The ancient art of Qigong can also change our heart, breath, body and mind.

Qigong has been used for over 5000 years from the Shaolin Mountains of China. The fact that this meditation has survived so many  generations, it speaks to the consistency this healing modality of self care.

Calm clarity

When we deepen our breath, our brain and body adjust.
It’s my life mission to spread the gift of Qigong. It has calmed me from harsh anxiety and released me from overwhelm.Qigong is for everyone:  no equipment, money or expertise needed. Plus you can do it inside, outside, sitting, laying, standing. It is safe to do if you’re  9, or 99.

With focused movement and deep breathing, we can shift from feeling anxious to experiencing feelings of content. From feeling uncertain to feelings of clarity, even if we are still uncertain about a lot effecting us.

Shift your response to stress

A new student recently shared that after his first class of Qigong, he reported taking a three hour nap. He said it broke a three year bout of insomnia. He is very worried and uncertain about the health of his wife and his sister. Although his worries have not changed– since they have ongoing health issues, he is sleeping every night.

Qigong allows choice in how you respond to the outside world.

Empowered hope

After just one hour of Qigong training, you will have the information to practice and experience the difference Qigong can make on your internal energy.
In uncertain times, we are challenged to reach deep within ourselves and our faith. These simple exercises have assisted people for millennia. Do you want to feel more peaceful, calm and prayerful?  You are not alone. Join this one hour course, and learn powerful tools that can effect you immediately. I have practiced Qigong for 20 years, and my Teacher Qigong Master Robert Peng has been trained by high masters of the Shaolin Temples.
